We’ll provide a quick turn-a-round and can use your existing artwork or design badge artwork for you.
If you supply the artwork:
Dimensions for your Artwork
 25mm badges: 33mm outer circle with a 25mm inner circle in which the artwork should be contained. (The outer 8mm will wrap around the back of the badge and not be visible).
32mm badges: 41mm outer circle with a 32mm inner circle in which the artwork should be contained. (The outer 9mm will wrap around the back of the badge and not be visible).
56mm badges: 66mm outer circle with a 56mm inner circle in which the artwork should be contained. (The outer 10mm will wrap around the back of the badge and not be visible).
32mm magnets: 66mm outer circle with a 56mm inner circle in which the artwork should be contained. (The outer 10mm will wrap around the back of the badge and not be visible).
56mm keychains: 66mm outer circle with a 56mm inner circle in which the artwork should be contained. (The outer 10mm will wrap around the back of the badge and not be visible).
From our experience, well-designed badges:
- Use few words
- Avoid tiny images
- Avoid squeezing too much in
- Have fonts above 8pts
- Avoid background and foreground colours that are too similar
Formats for your Artwork
We need to receive your artwork electronically (emailed, on disc etc). Just let us know what program you work with and we’ll let you know if we’re able to work with it. File size should be kept under 1Mb.
Important Note:
Colours observed on a monitor may sometimes appear differently when
printed. Badge artwork cannot be re-printed due to colour discrepancies.
Please post us a printed sample if you want us to visually match a colour.

We will send you a sample of your badge for your approval. Once you’re happy with the finished product, you can pay by one of the following methods, however please keep in mind that we will not dispatch your order until payment has cleared.
